Personal background:

Naughty, sex addict, trash lover. She developed a real fetish for nasty spots like sewers, litters and dark smelly places. Sub by choice, but with a very strong attitude on her daily business. One of a kind for sure.

Aly: 1. When did you find out you were addicted to sex?

“Aly: 2. “”Sex addiction refers to excessive sexual thoughts, desires, urges or behaviors that can’t be controlled and cause distress and harm to your relationships, finances and other aspects of your life” Following that definition, which of those have you experienced on yourself, and how do you deal with them?

Dee (janetguise): finances have always been affected by my fetishes
Dee (janetguise): my initial goal was to build the gutter trash alley, and then give it up
Dee (janetguise): i almost did, twice

Aly: but you did it great and now is a crowdy town

Dee (janetguise): yes but it comes at a cost

Aly: 3. Are the nasty spots part of that paraphilia, or are them part of another fetish ?

Dee (janetguise): i like extremes

Dee (janetguise): in public we’re a team, but i m the mayor and he’s the vice mayor

Dee (janetguise): no, he’s simply professional. It would look bad on us if he would go against me publicly

Aly: 4. You were innovative in SL turning GTA into a democracy, just a few places did it, but GTA seems to be the most genuine and long lasting experience, how did you build the idea and why?

Dee (janetguise): i consider that the number one enemy of a sim is the ruler /owner of that sim
Dee (janetguise): one person, me, or whoever will take the mayor seat in the future
Dee (janetguise): cna not be omnipresent and all knowing
Dee (janetguise): the ruling must be done by the people
Dee (janetguise): Mayor must become a form of mediator, or even a charismatic figure
Dee (janetguise): that would be ideal

Aly: interesting point of view, and very successful after all

Dee (janetguise): instead of asking myself what do people want
Dee (janetguise): i let people decide that
Dee (janetguise): that’s why, i hope they enjoy GTA
Dee (janetguise): because is made by them, not me

Dee (janetguise): im just the brick builder

Aly: have you ever known about the City State of Babbage?

Dee (janetguise): no

Aly: thats a steampunk city, one of the oldest in SL

Aly: they did it a bit as you did here

Aly: but they were not as successful as you were

Aly: and are actually

Aly: so you are one of a kind 🙂

Dee (janetguise): about the democracy
Dee (janetguise): we’re not there yet
Dee (janetguise): we’re now at the 3rd version of the city council format
Dee (janetguise): i hope this one will be better
Dee (janetguise): but is hard to get people to be pro-active

Aly: yes i know

Dee (janetguise): as most just want to have fun and relax

Aly: i was a manager at many clubs

Aly: 5. You were into politics for long at GTA, are you an enthusiast about them matters?

Dee (janetguise): no i dislike it
Dee (janetguise): it is a full time job

Dee (janetguise): all i do is think about the city, talk about the city, and plan the city
Dee (janetguise): there is nothing else in my life except that

Aly: then, even when you dislike it, you turn in the perfect politician

Dee (janetguise): im not perfect, i just have a plan, i know where we are, i know where i want to be
Dee (janetguise): and i m trying to get there
Dee (janetguise): and manage the ups and downs while that happens
Dee (janetguise): and i don’t want to give up until i have exhausted all my resources

Aly: 6. Have you met loyal people, normal people, or backstabbers?

Dee (janetguise): im proud by those who supported the sim when backstabbers tried to ruin it. Uncle, Michael, Marie, Demmy, Shannon, Rey, Taylor, and many others played a crucial role , crucial, crucial role in helping the sim get over big gaps
Dee (janetguise): because when it seemed that ship is sinking, many left,

Aly: yes sure

Dee (janetguise): a lot of citizens i did not mention
Dee (janetguise): kept GTA as their home
Dee (janetguise): and made the streets alive

Aly: 7. Do you mirror on some politician ikons to take as reference, maybe on some historians, heroes, scientists, or are you definitely a self-made?

Dee (janetguise): except for the phrase “make GTA worse again”, i don’t think so
Dee (janetguise): i tried to mirror …or not to mirror some basic concepts everyone go by
Dee (janetguise): and apply others that few go by
Dee (janetguise): most people look for 2 things when they look at a sim
Dee (janetguise): traffic
Dee (janetguise): money
Dee (janetguise): at a city not sim

Aly: yeas true

Dee (janetguise): obsessed with traffic

Aly: but in this case is a RP sim

Dee (janetguise): we’re on top
Dee (janetguise): i deleted those two words
Dee (janetguise): and focused on citizens
Dee (janetguise): tried, wanted, want to offer citizens a sense of vip feeling

Dee (janetguise): i refused a lot of ” deals’ to bring traffic and make money cause it could affect the citizens
Dee (janetguise): and their leisure lifestyle

Dee (janetguise): because it’s not my L$, and i didn’t earn it
Dee (janetguise): you did by writing an article
Dee (janetguise): pd did for patrolling the streets

Aly: we do those roles and jobs, but into a context that you built

Dee (janetguise): building is 25% of the job
Dee (janetguise): 25% is convincing people to come

Aly: i dont mean built in strict meaning, i mean you build the whole idea

Dee (janetguise): ideally ?

Aly: any

Dee (janetguise): self-working city council and adult RP with clear game system
Dee (janetguise): adult meaning mature

Aly: yes

Dee (janetguise): i can only work on the first and latter

Dee (janetguise): how people RP is their choice, i just can set the rules defined by city council or within city council

Aly: yes i got that

Aly: 10. Do you think the politicians, the Justice, and the other actors at GTA are mainly honest or corrupted at this point?

Dee (janetguise): i have no evidence of corrupt personnel in the public institutions
Dee (janetguise): but i m sure if there were, Police Department would apply the correct laws

Aly: and what if they are the corrupted ones?

Dee (janetguise): i can not comment on speculations

Aly: sure

Dee (janetguise): and have no evidence to state clearly that PD is a corrupt institute

Aly: 11. Do you feel that GTA is better as a criminal city or as a peaceful city?

Dee (janetguise): you know the saying “if a country has no spies, they should buy ones”

Aly: yes sure

Dee (janetguise): if a city has no crime, then it’s not a city
Dee (janetguise): something is wrong

Aly: next one is related to that and is

Aly: 12. Do you think that sex and violence are a necessary part of the city day-by-day to keep running thumbs up?

Dee (janetguise): Gutter Trash Alley is a city of over 200 residents, and another number of visitors, affiliates
Dee (janetguise): i would say that the majority is not involved in obscene public sex nor violence
Dee (janetguise): considering the majority is over 100 people
Dee (janetguise): there are some gangs and ill reputed ladies who indeed practice prostitution and gang violence
Dee (janetguise): so i would consider it an …eventful city, but not a city where violence and sex are the main topic and activity of the majority of the citizens

Aly: next 2 and last ones are related to some of your old activities, you may answer no comments if you like, but as you have a notorious flag on your balcony, maybe you wanna say something

Aly: 13. What do you know about the Chicago Cartel, and their operatives at GTA city?

Dee (janetguise): looks sad
Dee (janetguise): Chicago Cartel has no activity in this city

Aly:*faces the mayor and takes a sip of water then breathe*

Dee (janetguise): Chicago Cartel doesn’t even exist
Dee (janetguise): you can’t put a name of a Cartel run by 1 maybe 2 people. It would be insulting to the gangs that operate in Gutter Trash Alley
Dee (janetguise): who have 10s of people plus 10s of prostitutes

Aly: i see

Aly: yes i ve interviewed some

Aly: next one and the last, then maybe was already answered

Aly: 14. Have your new life as politician and city’s Mayor left behind your Chicago Cartel’s old times?

Dee (janetguise): Chicago Cartel, well the initiative , or the idea belonged to my brother, Puddin. Who decided to renounce me. Like many from my former life. That so called group was never active and i never had an active role in it

Aly: anything you wanna add overall?

Dee (janetguise): a group made of 1-2 people is a group of friends
Dee (janetguise): not a cartel

Aly: sure

Dee (janetguise): everything should be caracterized by their action and impact, not pacts made between drunk buddies

Aly: i mean overall the interview or the city or yourself you wanna add

Dee (janetguise): yes

Dee (janetguise): Like it or not, this city is what you made it. This is not Dee’s city, you are the ones that decide it’s future.
Dee (janetguise): Try to be nice to your neighbour
