Gutter Trash Alley SIM and Groups are part of the Second Life Game, and exist and operate under the TOS of Second Life game.

Gutter Trash Alley SIM and Groups is an fictional gaming representation of a city where peoplel interract with one another using game avatars, communicate in text based chat, and use the game mechanism to engage in various activities.

Gutter Trash Alley Sim and Groups are marked as Adult according to Second Life maturity rating,and all members who play the game on this sim are considered adult, sane, fully responsible for their actions, and fully aware of what Second Life is, what an Adult Sim is and Second Life TOS

Gutter Trash Alley SIM and Groups Owners, moderators, officers can not be held responsible under any form, for the actions or behaviour of any individual who accesses the gutter trash alley sims and groups

Gutter Trash Alley Sim and Groups Owners, moderators, officers will never ask real life information about an individual, or by any means act to threaten the privacy of the person behind the avatar.

Sim Rules (OOC)

The following presented rules marked with Chekbox for Allowed and X for NOT Allowed, are Out of Character behavioural rules that a real life person can/can not follow while interracting with other people on Gutter Trash Alley Residence on Cercia land, or any of the Gutter Trash Alley Groups in Second Life Game.

Gutter Trash Alley as an Role Play sim knows that there can be no crime without law, and no law without crime. While we encourage human behaviour to be as realistic and genuine as possible, some of the allowed rules, might be sanctioned by the Role Play Rules as they will be/are presented in the Book of Law of the Roleplay section. This is done to offer the visitor or resident of Gutter Trash Alley a genuine and entertaining experiecne where actions have consequences.

Players who don’t fully and completly follow Book of Laws as RP rules, accept sanctions and engage in fun and consensual roleplay will not beneift from special group tags like Drug Dealer, escort, etc. While a player can refuse RP completly and just enjoy the sim under OOC rules, if they decide to engage in RP they must do it with respect with all institutions and other people’s character. One can’t RP gansta but ignore Police requests to submit, and one can’t RP godmode. OOC Players, on request can reiceve an OOC Group Tag: GTA Resident -OOC-

All metions in the rules, unless explicitly stated otherwise refer to fictional roleplay activities/elements. When talking about sex, drugs, or use of firearms, we refer to finctional activities executed in a game. They have absolutely zero reference to real life activities.

In case a person is found/seen/heard of that did not respect the below mentioend rules, the mentioned avatar will be ejected and banned for life from all Gutter Trash Alley Sims and Groups

Real life threats to members of the community
In-Game Distribution / making public of electronic media of underage real life people
In-Game scripts /tools/any means of items that might distrupt the function of the sim as a whole, and that might affect the quality of life of residents
In-Game Distribution of illegal pornograpy made outside of Second Life, references to illegal websites, references or mentions to real life people, or distribution of illegal real life goods, soliciting of engaging in illegal real life activities, solicitation of engaging in any/all/whatever form of activity that might be considered as illegal
Informational stalking or soliciting of real life information with the intention to harm or hummiliate or threaten the person behind the avatar, threatening the real person behind the avatar, racist, sexist behaviour with the intention to hurt or humiliate the real person behind the avatar
Holding, distribution, or making public of information about another person's real life data either is personal data, or electronic data, or any form of data or details, real or fake with the intention to harm or humiliate or endager the other person in real life.
Banning/Prohibiting other people from accesing the sim as a whole via scripted items. This does not apply if you ban a person from your own home as per use of sim-provided security orb, or shooting people
Hate speech, protesting, abuse and hurtful actions towards other people due to differences in beleives, religion, race, nationality or adhernece or pro attitutde towards various parties, or groups. Unless this is done in a consensual RP way
Heavy Drugs Scripted ATM/Scripted NPC Vendors in exchange for L$ (exception is made by drug creator store if it exists). Heavy drugs identified as chemical drugs: heroine, cocaine, meth, acid, etc
Put pineapple or ketchup on pizza / request this food/promote it
Order Cappucino after 12PM SLT
