The City Hall is the main organization in Public Service.
It is not only the Mayor’s office, but it holds also the Court House and the City Council Meetings
In this building, the Mayor togheter with his/her staff and the City Council Memebrs dedidcate all their efforts to ensure the happiness, safety and well being of the citizens of Gutter Trash Alley.

The City Council
The City Council is an OOC commitee that act as RP commitee and decide the future of GTA RP :
- 2 members of townhall

- 2 members of MD
- 2 memebrs of FD
- 2 members of each mafia group
- 2 citizens with no allegiances
The City Council’s rule is to propose and vote improvements to Gutter Trash Alley. They are also bound to oversee all public service organizations (Clinic, Police Department ) and the Book of Laws.
