It is not possible to lower beyond the default price of a rental unit. Only to increase it or to return to the default price as stated above.
These are not prices for extra prims. If your apartment is rented for 200L$/week 130 prims, and you want to upgrade your prims, next level is 300L$/week 200 prims. You will get 70 more prims, not 200 more prims.
* stores start at 200L$/week 100 prims.
Security Orb is added ON REQUEST
Furniture is added within tenant’s prim limit only if they agree to always pay FULL MONTH
We don’t do custom interior designs. Furniture means, a bed, a table,a sofa.
Prims in Uptown don’t sum up with those in Downtown, or Trailer park and vice-versas
The Gutter Trash Alley rental office is run by Dee under the supervision of Gutter Trash Alley City Hall
