RP Rules

The following penalties are to be issued by RP commitee, in order to have a safe and fun space for everyone to Roleplay outside harrassement.

Basline of penalties

break LL TOS / Sim Rules you will most likely get you a wantring/temp ban/perma ban
RP commitee action will go through a variaty of : warning, hud blacklist, temp ban

RP Rules

Group Chat for RP	RP Commitee Action	Group Chat can only be used to OOC advertise RP, in the form of Looking for RP, or for now 911 calls.
TP yourself or others during Combat	RP Commitee Action	No TP during combat. Penalty can increase if you repeat this during a scenario. Calling in for backup by teleporting others is godmoting and not allowed
TP Inside	RP Commitee Action	We call it OOC harrassment if you bypass a locked door by TP-ing inside
Use of non approved scripts/weapons that interfere with RP	RP Commitee Action	If you intentionally block /disturb an active RP by using Shields/Blockers or pull a tank out of your ass and begin spamming explosions
Handling dispitutes using insults and OOC hate	OOC Harrasment to be handled as per OOC Sim Rules	Like we mentioned in Guidelines, we want to play as friends. If we can't do taht, there's no point in playing.
Security Orb	24h Critical Injured Penalty and Security Orb Removal	If you run into your private home and activate security orb and call it "OOC" we'll consider your RP ceased. Security Orbs are not allowed in RP Locations
Mindless Shooting followed by metagaming and godmoting	RP Commitee Action	If you make a habbit of once in a while coming to our city and shooting people, TP away when police tries to capture you, and you simply want to create mayhem without bringing value to our community
Heavy Drugs Selling via ATM	Removal of ATMS by PD and incarceration	Since drugs are RP illegal in GTA, existance of drug dispensers will be removed immediatelly. Furthermore, PD can issue an arrest warrant for the citizen who owns them
Hospital SAFE ZONE	RP Commitee action	Hospital to be declared safe zone for people already inside. But it is NOT a refugee. if you're in combat and run into hospital to hide, you can be hunted down and shot. Attacking people already in hospital for no reason /OOC agreement is a break of RP rules
Notify COMBAT	RP Commitee Action	All aggressive actions again multiple citizens, RP groups, Assasination attempts with/without c4 must be pre-announced in Group Chat in a very generic way : ex: RP NOTICE: PD to announce in group chat PD Raid happening today ex: RP NOTICE: people who want to shoot against groups, civilians, can announce in group chat " Mass mirdered on the loose on the streets of downtown today" ex: RP NOTICE: killer on the lose. someone will die today.
RP Before Shoot	RP Commitee action	1 vs 1 spontaneous conflicts should be announced via some emote intention to kill shoot and 10 seconds time for reaction : ex: pulls gun to shoot, threaten to kill,, etc
PD Access	RP Commitee action	PD institute should be lickpickable on ground floor, but 1st floor is safe zone because AFK happen there. Jail can not be attacked (for releasing people from jail) unless PD is at ground floor (at least 1).
IM/OOC	RP Commitee action	IM is always OOC. Local is RP unless between (()). RP hearing is under 10m of unrestricted space
RP Doors	RP Commitee action	All doors to Business Institutes that make subject of RP should be lock-pickable. All barricares destroyable (request dee for script). No Godmote level doors allowed
STOP. OOC Hate	RP Commitee action / Sim Owner Action	OOC hate is not tolerated. If you can't handle the heat. STOP. and report to RP commitee for mediation.
