Hard Truths and Strong Promises:
Demmy Jackson Talks Real Change

In a city known for its chaos, corruption, and deep-fried drama, mayoral frontrunner Demmy Jackson stood in front of a greasy counter at Busty Burgers and delivered something the people of Gutter Trash Alley haven’t seen in a long time: a real plan.

And not just a plan wrapped in vague campaign fluff. Jackson laid down hard policy, named names, set appointments, and called out the BS directly. Her speech was a rare mix of in-character conviction and out-of-character clarity, aiming to bring transparency to both RP mechanics and community function.

“This is not just a roleplay ploy,” Jackson said. “This is about building a better sim for all of us.”

Justice Reform: Clean House, Clean Hands

Jackson’s legal overhaul is already making waves, centered around a firm separation between police duties and prosecution. Under her plan, no officer can both arrest and prosecute the same individual. That rule, she emphasized, will be strictly enforced.

“If I catch any biased actions, corruption or issues, they’ll not only be fired, but punished for making a mockery of our judicial system,” she declared.

Key appointments were announced:

  • Shaka Savage N’Wak as Judge
  • Johnny Luke as District Attorney
  • Michael Zero as Police Commissioner
  • Sephael as Captain
  • Milla as third in command

These roles form the skeleton of what Jackson hopes will be an efficient and fair justice system, one where prosecutors receive RP training, follow proper evidence protocol, and remain detached from arresting roles.

“Justice must be blind, not biased,” she said. “We’re building a real legal structure here, not some kangaroo court.”

Gang Power? Not in City Hall

One of the more pointed concerns raised during the speech was the potential for gangs—who may be assigned community cleanup roles—to use their positions for political leverage. Jackson didn’t dodge the question, but she passed the torch.

“That’s a question for the new Commissioner and Captain,” she replied. “I trust my people to do the right thing.”

Trust appears to be a theme in her leadership style, but whether that trust holds will be closely watched, especially in a city where gang politics often seep into every crack of governance.

A Trashy Revolution: Garbage as a Civic Duty

One of the more unexpected highlights of Jackson’s platform is her Garbage Department initiative, co-developed with Vice Mayor Cobra. The plan includes fully-scripted garbage trucks, auto-filling trash bins, and even social punishment options like community service through garbage collection for criminals.

“Clean city, clean RP,” she said with a smirk. “Garbage duty isn’t just for looks—it’s functional RP that gives people something to do and makes the world feel alive.”

This ties into a larger Preservation Project to protect historical RP zones like Busty Burgers and the Drag Strip, with enhanced police protection and judge oversight.

Project Schematic 1.2: Peer-Reviewed Progress

Her broader vision is wrapped in the framework she calls Project Schematic 1.2, which focuses on:

  • Population growth
  • Balanced RP
  • System support for business and character development
  • Transparent governance

“I pass everything to Cobra, she hammers it out with me, then we pass it to Dee. And Dee… goes through it with razor-blade eyes,” Jackson said. “Nothing gets through that isn’t solid.”

This triple-check process seems built for accountability, with the ultimate message being: this is not “Demmy’s city,” but a shared community, where feedback, updates, and ideas are constantly under review.

Community Input: Stupid Ideas Welcome

In perhaps one of the most brutally honest quotes of the night, Jackson talked about the suggestion box initiative that Cobra proposed.

“GTA has always been a democracy, so popular opinions will always win—even if they’re stupid,” she said, drawing laughs and a few concerned glances. “If the masses want something dumb, they’ll get it. That’s how democracy works.”

To supplement the suggestion box, secretaries will roam the streets and RP zones gathering opinions. One of the leading candidates for Secretary is JessyWithAttitude, who is tasked with gathering citizen feedback and implementing business-growth strategies.

Cobra: The Right Hand with Bite

Vice Mayor Cobra seems to be more than just a title, Jackson repeatedly praised her judgment, citing that she’s been the brain behind several of the sim’s strongest upcoming reforms, including the garbage department and fire department revamp.

“There’s a reason Cobra is my Vice, she’s that damn good,” Jackson said. “We’re equals. We bounce everything off each other.”

Cobra will directly manage the Fire Department, ensuring it runs smoothly while keeping communication flowing between services.

Medical, Fire, and Pink Shock Warnings

Jackson didn’t shy away from loose ends, either. She acknowledged the Medical Department’s need for an ambulance, proposing a crowdfunded community RP event to finance it, giving local businesses a chance to host and benefit economically.

And in her most RP-driven declaration of the night, she vowed justice against The Pink Shock vigilante, citing them as a threat to the stability of the justice system.

Final Word: “No One Loses”

Ending the speech with emotion and openness, Jackson emphasized that even losing candidates with solid ideas would be brought into the fold if they’re willing.

“At the end of this election, no one loses,” she said. “Your votes, even if not for me, will be heard. Your wants will be obtained. This is our city—not Demmy Jackson’s. But all of ours.”

The Verdict?

Say what you want about Demmy Jackson, but one thing is clear: she’s not bluffing. Whether every part of Project Schematic 1.2 comes to life or not, she’s already doing what few others have done, engaging the community, laying down infrastructure, and holding her people accountable.

In a city built on storylines, chaos, and community-driven evolution, Jackson might just be the dose of real leadership GTA has been missing.

Time will tell.

GTA - Demmy Jackson's speech at Busty Burguers

Here at the lately heating Gutter Trash evening, Candidate Demmy Jackson is calling for a sudden, casual but very crowdy meeting, related to her Running for Mayor’s campaign, to inform the citizens about her most relevant plans and changes to apply around the city if she gets front runner on the polls.

the call is at Busty Burguers place, and her speech is appointed to 6PM slt.

Demmy Jackson says “the reason for me showing you all of my plans is because I want you all to know, me running for mayor isn’t just a RP ploy, or power trip, that I am genuinely putting together plans, objectives, and truly care about our sim, city, and community. Again sorry for the mix of RP/OOC, but again, full transparency here, and I want you all to see the plans and goals. I want GTA not only be great, but the greatest thing around…….. period…. I respect all of you guys, and truly do give a major shit about all of us here.”

and soon after, she spreads a list of some  bullet points, like:

Next topics.

  • Apoc System:

We will support the Apoc System Fully. We will only accept this as a form of combat, and  that all other guns will be consider OOC guns. It is optional for it to be used for RP, as many of those play non-combative players. So non combative players do not need to use it to RP.

  • Security:

We will have ATM machines rigged with warning that alert PD HQ for faster response times. (pending Dee and Shannon’s economy))

  • Fire Department:

We will do our best to streamline any issues and make fire fighting easier. And also do our best to employ more fire fighters.

  • Secretary:

I personally would like JessyWithAttitude to be the teams secretary. To question the citizens and hear their opinions on the current administration, hear what they would like to see implemented, and also have her implement her planned policy in protecting and helping all the businesses in GTA grow. If Jessy declines we can use Kat or Aly.

  • Gangs:

I will make an effort to make sure gangs/politics are very much separated. And do my best to make sure not one gang has political power over the other. Keeping the territory battles fair and even.

Gang leaders should all take a RP course by myself or the teachers. Then inform and teach what they have learned to their members.

Demmy Jackson clears ” tomorrow I will be taking questions, today I am just giving information. In fact if anyone has questions, please write up to 5 down, and put them in a notecard and send back to me. I’ll fill them out and return them to you. There is a lot of people here now, and it will become a circus if I start taking questions, and people questions will get lost in the sea of voices.”

Demmy Jackson remarks “Listening: Our administration must always keep an open ear to the suggestions, thoughts, and opinions of others. Then pro-actively ask others if they feel the same way. Even if we are doing the best, we can always be doing better, as suggested by Cobra we can have a suggestion box at town hall, it will be up to the secretary/secretaries to pass up the ideas that are not Junk Mail to the vice mayor. If the vice mayor likes any of the ideas we will then discuss it together and figure out how to approach.”

and following such, she shows another list of some related items, for people to know:

  • Vigilantism:

Since we are revitalizing our justice system, as first order as Mayor, I would like the Pink Shock brought to justice.

  • Medical Department:

They have request an ambulance. And I see no reason not to give it to them.

Demmy Jackson says ” We can do a crowd fund raising party, to raise donations to order them it. We can also use the community to vote on what business will host the event. And promote that businesses economy and RP. Hopefully you guys are not greedy and support a dying or hurting players, business the most. Either way, I will leave that into your hands to do the right thing.”

as Demmy Jackson adds “finally, as suggested by Cobra we will be adding a Garbage Department to keep our city streets clean. A project and plan already approved by Dee. In fact, this Project Schematic 1.2 plan was reviewed by Dee, worked inside and out vigorously and we have her full on support.

  • Garbage Department:

Those Lusch Trucks have a garbage car with garbage bins which may be distributed around the town for collection. Those bins are getting filled automatically with time. Then the garbage truck will be going around the town to clean garbage bins.

Then I saw some trash piles around the town, we can add a little cleaning script to it, similar to that APOC collection script that makes the avatar stand by the object while cleaning is performed. Once the garbage is cleaned its going to turn transparent and will re-appear in a certain period of time. A week for example.

Garbage cleaning is a good social punishment for criminals.

We can also appoint district responsible entities (gangs for example). They will have to watch for the level of filth and call the Garbage Dept for the cleaning. “

Demmy Jackson says “ In terms of candidates that didn’t make the cut, I will be offering the ones that had the best plans, objectives, ideas and passion for our city, sim, and community jobs. And assimilate them if they are willing. So at the end of this election, no one looses. Your votes, even if you didn’t vote for me, will be heard, and your wants will be obtained. This is all of our city, not Demmy Jacksons, but all of ours….That’s it, God Bless GTA even though we are a bunch of sinners”

next a short questions break:

Johnny Luke asks ” Did you say who the Vice Mayor is? “

Aly Lloyd McKlintock ” i guess she is eager to say that “

Demmy Jackson adds ” that was the first thing I mentioned, Cobra “

Aly Lloyd McKlintock ” oh amazing ty “

WaffleGang says “i nominate Danielle to be your vice mayor “

and Demmy Jackson remarks ” I have plans for Danielle, and Jessy. All the top candidates that have great ideas I’d like to be part of the team. I’m getting into that

Aly Lloyd McKlintock ” Ms Jackson… Demmy, as long as the polls keep going as it, looks like you are heading to be the next GTA Mayor, so just question, will you plan to keep the actual uptown, downtown and trailers? or will you point to dissolve the classist layout and made it quite more equalizing?”

Demmy Jackson says “Sorry Aly, no questions today, feel free to leave me a notecard, I don’t want to start a sea of lost voices. If anyone has questions, leave me a notecard, and I’ll answer them as soon as possible. I don’t want anyone’s voice to be left out”

as Demmy Jackson ends the speech “alright, now enough of this political stuff, bitches suck dicks, pimps pimp them hoes and everyone have a good fucking time! Fuck yeah GTA!!!!!”
