Zombie Attack?!

In a shocking turn of events, the usually quiet Gutter Trash Alley witnessed a horrifying zombie attack yesterday.
The undead swarmed the streets, pouring out from the sewers below and sending the residents into a panic.
Fortunately, the quick-thinking actions of Capt. Michael Zero and Lieutenant Jamie Valentino, along with the
support of the National Guard, managed to put an end to this nightmarish situation.

The attack began at approximately 06:00 PM (SLT) when residents reported seeing zombies emerging from the sewers,
wreaking havoc on the streets. As the undead horde grew in number and advanced towards the local police station,
Capt. Zero and Lieutenant Valentino led their team in a daring counterattack.

Realizing the gravity of the situation, the fearless officers risked their lives to protect the citizens of Gutter
Trash Alley. Equipped with tanks and armored personnel carriers, they engaged the zombie horde in a brutal battle
that left many of the undead creatures destroyed. Their heroic efforts allowed other residents to seek refuge in
their homes while the police fought to save the city.

However, the fight was far from over. As the night wore on, it became clear that this was just the beginning of an
ongoing struggle against the relentless zombie invasion. Capt. Zero acknowledged the severity of the situation and
called for backup from the National Guard. Together, the police force and the National Guard managed to repel the
zombie threat and bring a temporary sense of peace to Gutter Trash Alley.

When asked about future plans to address the issue of the zombies in the sewers, Capt. Zero expressed concern
about the long-term implications of such an endeavor. “It would be a long-term battle,” he said. “Of course, I do hope we can keep them under control.”

Residents of Gutter Trash Alley are encouraged to remain vigilant and report any further sightings of zombies or
unusual activity in the area. As the investigation continues, the police and National Guard will work tirelessly to ensure the safety of the citizens and prevent any future outbreaks of this horrifying phenomenon.

Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story as they become available. In the meantime, stay safe, Gutter
Trash Alley residents, and remember: when it comes to zombies, the battle is never truly over.

Vigilante or Delusion? The Enigmatic Case of 'The Pink Shock'

In the dead of night, amid the crime-ridden alleys and shadowy rooftops of the city, an unknown figure seems to be watching. But watching for what? Or rather, who? A series of cryptic messages have surfaced, attributed to an individual calling themselves “The Pink Shock.” The words paint a picture of a self-proclaimed guardian, lurking in the darkness, striking fear into criminals and embodying a force of justice.

But is this the emergence of a true vigilante, or simply the unhinged ramblings of a delusional mind?

The messages, which appeared in an online forum under the alias “M Hail y,” chronicle a nocturnal existence filled with brooding observations and ominous declarations.

“Each night is a vigil. Every shadow a potential threat. Every flicker of movement, a signal.”

The figure describes an intimate relationship with the city’s underbelly—one of silent observation and calculated action. The self-described Pink Shock does not simply patrol the streets but manipulates fear, using anonymity as a weapon.

“I can’t afford to be seen, to be known. Not yet. The fear is my tool, my weapon—like the shadows that surround me, it will grow stronger the longer I remain a mystery.”

Yet, the more this so-called protector reveals, the more unsettling the narrative becomes. The rhetoric dances between a steadfast belief in justice and what can only be described as obsession. The repeated use of “Tee Hee” at the end of these pronouncements adds a bizarre and unsettling twist—almost mocking in nature, as though the speaker revels in the mystery they create.

At times, the messages lean toward a more noble cause, referencing the plight of the forgotten, particularly women forced into desperate circumstances.

“The people in the shadows—the ones no one talks about—are the ones who suffer most. The women on the street, selling themselves because there’s no other choice… I don’t go after them. I go after the ones who take from them. The ones who use them. The ones who hurt them.”

This sense of justice extends even further, into the world of drug trafficking and systemic corruption.

“Drugs are a symptom, not the disease. The addicts aren’t the enemy. They’re victims. Victims of people like Demmy and Alsha, who turn fear into a commodity. Victims of perps like Nick, who flood the streets with poison because the profit margin is too good to ignore. Victims of Rey who take advantage of their addictions. If the city wanted to stop it, it would. But drugs keep the poor in line. Keep them weak. Keep them desperate. So the men in the skyscrapers pretend they don’t see the bodies in the alleys or the barely covered legs that walk the street beneath the lamps.”

Notably, The Pink Shock calls out individuals they believe to be criminals by name, adding an extra layer of risk to their crusade. Whether these accusations hold any merit remains to be seen, but it raises further questions about their sources—and their intentions.

A vigilante? A hero? Or an individual slipping into the abyss of their own delusion?

Psychologists suggest that many who adopt vigilante personas do so out of a deep-seated need for control—either over the chaos of their surroundings or within themselves. The language of The Pink Shock suggests a transformation of self, someone who has found identity and purpose within the darkness.

“I used to think that darkness was a cage. But now, I know it’s my strength.”

It’s unclear whether law enforcement has taken notice of these messages, but the question remains—should they? With no confirmed sightings, no reports of masked figures swooping from rooftops, and no known connection to ongoing criminal investigations, The Pink Shock remains an enigma. Is this just the online musings of an eccentric storyteller, or is someone out there, right now, waiting in the shadows?

One thing is certain: if The Pink Shock is real, their presence in the city is only beginning. And whether we should fear them—or count on them—remains to be seen.
