New Structure of City Council
The new structure of city council, starting form this day forward will be composed of
- 2 members of PD assigned by PD Captain
- 2 members of FD assigned by FD Captain
- 2 members of MD assigned by MD Director
- 2 members of Townhall assigned by Mayor
- 2 members of each Mafia group assigned by Mafia group leader
- 2 Citizens who request to join and are approved by City Council members
City Council will meet twice a month, but vote online as many times as needed.

RP City
The RP City project is inteded to close the gap between OOC and RP personas acting in GTA City, define the RP rules by City Council
New rules for RP City:
The following categories of active people in GTA are considered RP people must have APOC HUD on and must quickly engage in RP, and act IC :
- People who wear group tag GTA Prostitute
- People who wear group tag GTA Crack Whore
- All public institutes active people in GTA while wearing the group tag as per their role: ex: GTA PD, GTA FD, GTA MD, etc
- All registered members of gangs, prostitutes and muscle
- All owners of public businesses unless specified otherwise (Busty Burgers, The Drag Strip, Grasshopper, Devil’s Whiskey )
