- The City management will be an exclusive responsibility, on head of the City Mayor and its management team. City mayor can not be prosecuted by police. Mayor can only be judged by City Judge as a result of City Council’s vote of min 75%

Legal Changes: Art 3.1
New:
- Mayor can not be prosecuted by the police
- Mayor can only be prosecuted by Judge if City Council agrees so with min 75% votes
- In absence of Judge for more then 48 hours Mayor can only be prosecuted by Mayor as per Art.3 of Penalty Code
2. The GTA Police Department will be now reporting to the GTA City Judge, meanwhile that role is vacant, it remains reporting to the City Mayor

3. Those citizens under an effective prison sentence will count hours or days by SL hours, in all cases, except the Judge decides to count in RL time.

As head of the City executive, the City Mayor will be granted with temporary eject/ban rights, all other authorities will have those rights revoked, unless the City Mayor grants them temporarily, in that case those right will be revoked after the assigned mission.

5. The GTA Police Department will not be able to prosecute or punish individuals, except for minor crimes, according to the GTA Book of Laws. Therefore medium and severe crimes can only be prosecuted and punished by the Judge, or by the City Mayor if the Judge role remains vacant
