OOC Sim Rules change
Players who don’t fully and completly follow Book of Laws as RP rules, accept sanctions and engage in fun and consensual roleplay will not beneift from special group tags like Drug Dealer, escort, etc. While a player can refuse RP completly and just enjoy the sim under OOC rules, if they decide to engage in RP they must do it with respect with all institutions and other people’s character. One can’t RP gansta but ignore Police requests to submit, and one can’t RP godmode. OOC Players, on request can reiceve an OOC Group Tag: GTA Resident -OOC-
3. GTA Driving Licence (Draft)
Every citizen/visitor who wishes to drive a land vehicle in GTA must:
– register with PD for a driving licence in one of the Licence Issuing Kiosks
– pass the driving test with a member of GTA PD
Penatly: Medium; 2h Jail time/ 50L$

4. GTA Citizen ID Card (Draft)
All citizen to request and obtain Citizen ID Card with PD
Penatly: Minor; 1h Jail time/ 25L$

5. Penalty Code: Art 5 – Line 4. Having a DRAWN weapon can enable police to request to remove it or even confiscate. Refusal to respect police decision is medium infration for 2h jail time or 50L$
