Art 11. Public Roads, vehicles and licences

• All public roads are designed for public use by citizen and vizitor vehicles.
• Blocking the road without consent form City Hall either by gatherings, car stop, or any other, is considered a penalty
• Parking spots allocated on the side of the roads are to be freely used by citizens. Citizens have the right and priority to park one vehicle in the vicinity of their homes or work places.
• All citizens must remove their cars if not used now or in the near future (30 min) or they will be towed away
• All PD cars must be removed if personnel is not on duty or they will be towed away
• Fire Department can keep in vicinity/inside the Fire Station 1 Firetruck and 1 Ambulance even when not on duty
• Medical personnel of Mercy Hospital can keep 1 ambulance parked in the designed parking space of the hospital even when not on duty

• If citizen has home in one region (eg: Uptown) they can not leave their car parked in another region (eg: Downtown) while not in the region. In such cases their cars will be removed by City Hall.

All work cars (police cars, fire trucks, etc) are considered property fo the insititution (even if owned by a citizen) and can be parked in the parking spaces allocated for the respective insititution in addition to their own personal cars.
