Dear Citizens,

We have made a series of changes/progress in the past weeks , the prequisites of the RP system and guidelines and improvements here on Sim. In this communication i will sum up everything that happened and looking forward to feedback from you:

 

1.ARA Farm

With the help if Gypsy, in Trailer Park we have implemented a system of farming and crafting called ARA Farm. You can use this system for free, and craft your own beer, pick up your own apples, take car eof your own farm. Earn points and level up, earn RP currency specific to this system and grow more. For enthusiasts and curious please contact Gypsy (feyogoli). Very soon complete documentation and tutorial will be implemented on website and farm will be heavily advertised.

 

2. Old Fatman’s Farm

We’re plannign to expand Old Fatman’s Farm with the Muffin Milker’s system for cute lilttle cows with the help of Ϯ ᴊᴜʟɪᴀɴɴᴀ ᴍᴀɢᴆᴀʟᴇɴᴀ ᴀᴇoɴ Ϯ (jillina.davi). Enthusiast cows, farmhands and bulls can contact either of us..both of us, to get things organized for everyone’s fun.

 

3. Taxi Drivers

a reminder for all of you that Gypsy, Sam and Gancao are offering taxi driving service. RP is about working togheter, so instead of TP, those of you who like to feel a bit more immersed, contact them. Soon to implement a taxi driver dispatcher/notification system

 

4. GTA PD

GTA PD has suffered a change in terms of PD Captain. While we remain friends, i did not consider him the right person to lead the PD.  We’re looking into the subject and working hard to improve PD Life

• a new procedure will be issued to PD internally
• a new system has been implemetned for PD to register citizens/vehicles
• a dispatcher system has been implemetned in PD
• 911 emergency phone call is available either on SOS Poles around the city or in the Smartphone provided for free outside rental office or GTA PD. 

Since we have a law that no more then one car per person can be rezzed and it must remain parked in the sector/area of residence, i will soon announce that everyone must get a licence plate from PD and make sure it is attached to your vehicle . Otherwise PD will be eligible to return that vehicle if it doesn’t respect sim rules.

5. Apoc Combat System

Thanks to ShannonXiyan continuous effort we are having and we will ahve improved verison of APoc HUD. It will be used mainly for Combat and healing

Combat means: guns and ammo. both to be craftable, or purchased from the Gun Shop on Luciano St. Ofcourse those who craft can trade or resell ammo, weapons, and healing items.

the HUD can be disabled from Experiences:  Avatar->Experiecnes->AudTech – >Forget, or simply choose Prefs->Comabt->Trainign which offers a peaceful mdoe where you can not be shot or captured.

Healing can be done either using items, or in Mercy Clinic Hospital beds.

Items cna be found around the sim in secret places. Communicaitno is important, and help oither players find the items. From time to time, we will give hints as to the whereabouts of these hidden stashes.

6. Business Index Directory

If you cehck GTA Website, under City menu you will see a redesigned structure, showing Adult Establishments, Bars and Restaurants. This section will grow and will hold everything GTA has to offer. We have a lot of stuff and best way to present it is via website. A notecard would be too big to hold everythign we ahve to offer.

If anyone wants to be on the website director, please let me know Profile Pic, Business Logo and SURL of their busines splace. More i will update myself like Star’s Massage, and or others.

 

7. Job Listings

On website, under CIty you will find Jobs 

I added theere what we need, and what i know others need. If you want to make a job offering, let me know and i will post it there.

 

8. GTA Council. 

We have sector mayors. We can begin work and delegating work. If anyone else wants to join the City Councuil they are free to do so, drop a NC in the suggestion box outside city hall and we will discuss it in the city council meetings. 

Also most CCM will be open to citizens, to listen and comment, or speak up.

Furthermore Sector Mayors will do monthly public meetings with willing citizens to express issues, solutions, ideas, preferences etc.

People matter! 

 

9. In Collaboration with Mattie,  ShannonXiyan and GTA PD we have ofered a first draft of the new roleplay guidelines in GTA.

On Website under Roleplay, you will not only find guidelines, but also the new system for mafia RP and pimp RP, which in term will be the drive for PD RP as well and some of MD RP.

It’s like a boardgame system, like Risk. You need a certain amount of units to get a territory or loose a territory. This is version 1 and your feedback matters. During gameplay we will also change it/improve it.

Bottom line is, if you want to be a mafia boss and deal drugs you will need 3 units (subordinates). You will get a street. If you want another street you need additional 4 units , etc etc. 

Ofcourse i can’t stop you from going to MP and buy Joy or other sims, or force you into a controlled and organized RP system. But I hope you and others will embrace a commonly agreed procedure of playign the game, same set of rules and not ad-hoc chaotic game.

 

10. RP Comittee

ADded to the website as well under Roleplay, the RP Comitee must know and will control all aspects of GTA RP at city level..It’s like the DnD Master. Contact us for any questions suggestions or improvements to the game.

basiuc concept is we are players sat round a table. If we do’t play by the same rules, and governed by the same referee, is kinda chaotic. I can to be GTA Prostitute Crack whore, DrugDealer and Mafia boss, but when i retrospect, im neither.

 

11. 米拉мιℓℓα 丂нιηzєηвι米拉 (asmilla) is now the main person to drive GTA Events. With her help, old events like Miss GTA, Car Expo and many more already planned and documented will take place here in all 3 sectors. And with the help of sector mayors ofcourse. Keep close to her, to me, provide feedback, and let;s all work togheter.

 

12. S A V I K N I G H T (savannahknight) is the new GTA Mercy Hospital Director. With her help we will bring back Ob-Gy, and Drug Rehabilitation programs for citizens and have somone pretend to give a fuck about the fact that you were shot or stabbed.

Bottom line: bare with me, i know you expect changes in 1 week, but i work on 20 lines, Changes take time to concept, time to implement, time for you to addapt, and after all this time, it begins to be fun. 

And yeah, when i drop them, i will drop them all at once, because they all come connected.
