Dear citizens, my name is Dee. I am the sim owner, current mayor and GTA enthusiast.

We voted, thank you both who supported me and those who didnt. Thank you candidates who run and show that GTA still matters and thank you MaryMura for your contribution and candidature.

I owe great appreciation to the #TeamDee, respectively Uncle Lust who took care of my campaign while i was working in distant forests and farms.

 

And finally, GTA Citizens, no, not only for voting, but for being here, your presence, your money, yes, your efforts , business owners running events, prostitutes selling, drug dealers , dealing, every one of you … is worth fighting for and struggling to keep this place alive.

 

GTA has had a boom, another boom and then a …let’s say slightly downwards progress, it has grown, changed, evolved in a rapid way, very rapid. Some people felt gta lost it’s identity for some gta wasn’t a home anymore. But yeah, we’re still fucking here , aren’t we ?

And GTA is not …this or that, it’s what the people make it. It changes, we change it, we love it, empower it and give it life.

 

I know i said, sim owner should stay away of sim’s business, but i feel i need to get involved, there are some things i need to push, some changes i need to make. Risky changes, maybe unpleasant , but needed from my point of view. And yeah, change is never easy.

 

The plan is to bring back to life Roleplay here. No hardcore Roleplay, but the institutions must work, the combat must continue, and …the drugs must flow.

 

As newly elected mayor first thing’s first is to begin rebuilding the city council. Yes it is important, because sim owner can’t decide the future of the sim. So sector mayor campaign begins now. Trailer park, downtown, uptown and little tokyo to have their own mayors.

What does a sector mayor mean?  A sector mayor is an overseer, the go to person, the person who takes care and takes responsibility. Words words words ?. This is why part of the sector mayor’s tasks is to have public meetings, to be active in sector life, report the things that work, report what doesn’t work, enable events, empower business owners. The group tag will mean you are , you desire to be one of the active gta people. You don’t have that desire , you don’t have to be in the city council. All i ask is proactiveness, initiative, and execution.

I don’t want to do this alone and i hope there will be people who will join my team.

 

Overall all Public Institutions or City Driven Business, naming here PD, MD, FD, City Council, Townhall , Devil’s Whiskey, Drag Strip, Burgers etc. must work People who want to take lead and charge , must work. People who know what their role means, what they must do , have a plan, have vision. I, the mayor, any mayor, can not be PD/MD/FD lead or business owner lead.

I can’t do this alone , and I can’t spend my time begging for help. 

Legal changes will follow, drugs, prostitution will be illegal from Roleplay point of view. Not this doesn’t mean it is forbidden to sell or use drugs, it just means that you now have to be careful , roleplay this, and watch out for the police who can arrest you and forbid you to deal drugs.

Some were scared that this will make drug dealers leave the sim. 

ATMS and stuff liket aht won’t be acceptable in GTA anymore. In private homes, outside, on the street, no drug atms. Drug distribution won’t be like candy, we will have drug lords who must create networks of people. 

Recreational drugs will be ok, but cocaine, heroin, ketamine will be on the black market.

Poilce will arrest oyu, your drug dealer tag will fall.

Prostitutes the same, perhaps it is time you find a pimp to make deals with the police, maybe do your own deals with the police. Start being street smart and not lazy.

 

We must all play and respect the same system. How you play is your game, RP is free form here, but with respect to others and to the city.

 

We will also empower and enable gangs. Provide turfs, territories where they can operate.

If you’re a one-person mafia boss, you will soon fall. So you’d better recruit. Gangs will be the only ones who will enable distribution of drugs, they will create networks of drug dealers , set prices, and compete and fight one another, maybe even control prostitution. Gangs will receive perks and facilities from sim and our colombian drug factory mattie. Others won’t.

 

Everythign will be written down, rules of combat to be fair, rules of engagement, rules of the street, and an RP committee will oversee it works.

Police will and can do more then street patrol , we will register cars, with driving licence, they must find drug dealers and try to break them into giving the name of the drug distribution center.

If they can do this via RP, all good and fun.

 

Lawyers, we got lawyers, yes. Are you a victim? Get a lawyer. Get out of jail free card.

 

But all of this is a dream, words where we all operate in an RP manner as genuinely as possible. If you, GTA citizens want this, it will happen, if not, not. I can’t force you to RP. I can only force you to RP with respect to others.

 

And so we terminate harassment, we also implement a combat system. Bullets and ammo and guns will have to be crafted, or bought. No more endless shooting, not in GTA not anymore. No more collateral damage.

You don’t want to RP, don’t. Set your HUD to passive mode and forget you have it.

You want to RP, then let’s do it with style.

 

Let’s get wounded, let’s get in the hospital, let some blackmarket doctor pull the bullets out of you, let’s get some penalties, let’s not all act like we’re super mafia boss, but cry at racial comments. Let’s step up the game. 

 

I know it’s scary, I know it’s a lot, I know we could do this, or that, or …nothing. Most of you trusted me for months…continue trusting me. It will be grand !

But again, i can’t do it alone. If i don’t have your support…your active support. I’m not asking for your approval, im asking for your support. It won’t happen.

 

GTA is the people. How you do it,is how gta will be. 

I’m the builder and sometimes try to and force a direction, push this or that, do this or that. But i can’t tell you who you are. I just hope you’ll be an active and supporting gta citizen.
