1.Restrict Number of Cars Rezzed

Citizens can only rezz 1 car per City ( all 3 sims). the second car will be returned. 

Citizen Parked cars must be only in the sim/area where they live. Otherwise it will be returned. 

Prims are not disponibile cross sims

Exceptions:

Members of FD/MD/PD can have one additional WORK car rezzed (police car, fire truck, ambulace) . 

Parked Work cars must be in the space allocated to their place of work. 

2. Restrict Rezz in Downtown

This rule is already implemented in Uptown and Trailer Park.,

Rezzing and or shooting in Downtown (Cerica Sim) will only be possible if people have Gutter Trash Alley group tag active (any group tag).

This means that have other groups active (like GTA PD, or GTA FD, or GTA MD ) will not allow rezz and or shoot.

The only public rezz place allowed is GTA Public Beach.

This rule is inteded to reduce number of prims left over by visitors and also not allow visitors to shoot or rezz huds or bombs or anything.

Gutter Trash Alley is a sim primarly for the citizens to enjoy .

3. Eject Subtenants

When stopped renting, former Tenant is NOT ejected from Gutter Trash Alley group. He/She can continue to rezz but all items will be returned eventually.

New rule state that subtenants of that apartment will be ejected from main group.

Both (tenants and subtenants) are welcome to return and rent again and receive group invite .

This is in order to reduce the number of people who can rezz on the sim.

4. Jaxxon Vortex

Due to a better clarity of events suceding various disputes and RP activities on the sim that lead to conflicts, Jaxxon Vortex is unbanned. He is welcome to come to the sim and live and work here if he wishes so.
