1. Medical Licence – Proposed By JustinWinterfield – Approved

Proposal

The GTA Cininic is proposing a law that all sim medical services require a license approved by the clinic board to operate. This includes any services such as castration, acupuncture, maternity, care, or private clinics. Anyone offering any type of medical care or services will need a board license to continue business. Cleanliness, training, psych evals, and need for services offered will be considered for approval.

Legal Change: Art 4.2.2 Other Medical Facilities

Other medical insititutes can be opened by private people in Gutter Trash Alley but they will only be recognized as official healtcare institutes if they obtain a licence from GTA Public Clinic’s Board of Directors.

2. City Council responsability – Proposed by MaryMura – Approved

Proposal:

City Council Rep  organize a monthly meeting with the residents they represent to discuss their conditions and sector needs and send a monthly report to city hall of their meetings results

Responsibilities

• Propose improvements to GTA, especially in their sector/area
• Hold the wellbeing and prosperity of Gutter Trash Alley above his/her personal interests.
• Gather and make known to the council the problems that exist in GTA and that the residents have.
• Request budget for improvements and specify what needs to be bought (all improvement purchases will be made by GTA within the approved budget).
• Vote for the order of business, comment and debate the subjects either during in-world meetings or on website.
• Oversee and take charge of improvements /changes/actions in their own sectors.
• Stay in contact with citizens of his/her sector, collect their issues and propose them to City Council for solutioning or proceed to solve them where possible.
• Advise Mayor and keep Mayor updated with citizen’s difficulties
• Every City Council Member must have a reposnability and a term.
• Each Councilor must hold a monthly meeting with the people they represent, gather the needs, requirements for the people to have a better life and provide better services and provide a monthly report to City Hall (Mayor)
