Selina has been removed from city council and Business Union Leadership due to inactivity.

5. Ban Automatic Drug Vending Systems (5 votes pro, 0 against)

Drug dealing via Automated Vending Machines (ATM/Bots/anything that is non human) rezzed on the street/public places/sidewalk is not permitted.

Such devices can only be rezzed inside own shops/apartments for personal use operated by device Owner ONLY and should not be made public to be operated by all in exchange for L$.

In GTA Mercy Hospital where such devices can exist but they must be operated strictly by Hospital Staff and under strict supervision by GTA Clinic Board.

Penalty to rezzing such devices warning first and if in 24 hours they are not removed, they are confiscated by GTA PD.

6. PD Law Simplification (1 Vote Pro, 0 Votes Against, 2 Votes Abstein)

PD will be able to arrest on spot and apply minimum sentance in all cases.

If one person shoots multiple people in the same day, or commits several infracitnos in the same day, not only PD arrests and applies minimum sentance, but calls Judge to apply extra penalty.

Example:

John shoots Mike. -> Pd arrests and applies 60 mins jail time

John Shoots Mike+Paula , or John shoots Mike several times (harrassement)-> PD arrests, applies 60 mins jail time, and calls Judge 

John shots but refuses PD arrests – > PD calls Judge.

Judge will have the authority to decide if a situation is RP or harrassement and as per law, Judge/Mayor can apply max 7 days ban time.

If the situations is very big as per law, more then 7 days ban time is decided by city council.
