According to police statistics. there has been a decrease in crime. It is uncertain if the decrease is due to the government collapse, a complacency to reporting crimes or due to an increase in law enforcement.

Despite the statistics the activity on the streets does not seem to be slowing down. Sex clubs have proliferated like mushrooms. Prostitutes wander the streets high on combinations of drugs. Drug dealers openly sell drugs and shoot with little provocation disregarding bystanders.

Police department spokes person Soo Jin stated that the only gang currently operational is Kamagasaki gang. She went on to say that police are aware of the gangs activities. However without support from the mayor and lacking any functioning district attorney’s office they are limited in what they can do.

Noi Zhong the alleged leader of the Kamagasaki gang has been issued a warrant for her arrest. It is believed Zhong will be turning herself in. The warrant was issued in regards to an alleged assault on a woman believed to be a prostitute. No further details are available at the moment.

While attention has been focused on the Kamagasaki a reckless an alleged new gang has introduced itself into the streets of GTA. Drug enthusiast Jaxon Vortex a known miscreant has gathered together a group of half witted reprobates of his own. These depraved individuals known for drug dealing, assaults and random shootings call themselves Gutter Trash Outlaws.

Kamagasaki is like a cancer in the city, Gutter Trash Outlaws are like a multi-car accident on the freeway. Gutter Trash Outlaws are random impulsive and dangerous. A recent incident involving a shoot out with police left several wounded including two officers.

In yet another incident officer Emmanuel Verrazzano was shot in the back totally unprovoked by an alleged Gutter Trash Outlaw degenerate. The gang has proven it wont hesitate to shoot at police. No other GTA citizen can assume any safe passage.

While investigating the shooting of officer Verrazzano, local nuisance and drug enthusiast Jaxon Vortex confronted police and demanded the arrest of Agnes Ihuicatl Alvarez Paine. The depraved alleged gang leader was believed to be intoxicated. His demands continued as he became more belligerent and agitated. In his rants he threatened officers and repeatedly stated that the PD Chief and the Kamagasaki gang leader have been collaborating. His statements remain unsubstantiated.

Fortunately the police diffused the situation and the incident ended without further confrontation. However given the underworld competition, and the blatant disrespect for the law, the mood of the city is extremely tense. This situation can and quite likely, will boil over. What is needed is a total law and order crack down! The trash needs to be taken out!
