I dont know him. I am ok if the rest of the council are ok!
Requires further debate. Not a proper way to get into the GTA storyline. If he is a don of Mafia group, proper way to become council member is to register his gang by following all requirements, he will receive council position. That said reading the notecard left bad aftertaste in my mouth, its nicely written but none of it happened and we’re skipping the RP part of it where it happened. I wouldn’t mind seeing Kamagasaki and him fight for control over the city, but surrendering the city to him without any RP happening is nonsense and godmodding.
