Dear Citizens,

As per our last city council meetings the following topics need to be brought to your attention

1. Was voted with 5 votes PRO that Critical Injured Penalty shall remain 24h

2. GTA Judiciary Art. 4.3

  • District Attorney/District Attorney Assistant. For simplificaiton these roles will dissapear
  • Prosecutor will remain an active role, acting as City Lawyer against people who commit crimes, private businesses or organizations who don’t respect GTA law. In absence of Prosecutor, PD Commisioner can act as on
  • Lawyer(s) are people who are registered at city hall as Laywers and receive such a licencen (to be explained down below).  Basically lawyers can assist prople during police arrest or interrogaiton, can protect their rights. In case of minor and medium crimes, even can set them free until trial if justified. In case of major crimes, lawyer can request (post jail time) court time, and explain to the judge why the citizen should receive back their firearm permits, or request compensation etc. Judge can rule in favour of the citizen or against, by even adding additional jail time or other penalties if they think that PD procedure was too soft.
3. Permits and licences. New art 11.
For a majority of operations especially club related in order to relgementate this it will be required to affected citizens to obtain either a permit or licence. This is to avoid unclarities about who can rezz what where and when. To simplify everyone can if approved by city hall. While they are not obligatory to obtain they offer benefits

For example if you own a business in GTA. You don’t need a license for that. But if you want free advertising on GTA Radio (group) . Also it includes support from FD and PD by lowering the times your business is closed due to arsoning or crime investigation.

Furthermore you can request a bundle of liences or permits at the same time. Business Licence, Adult Club Lience etc.

To specifiy that liencse are offered for unlimited period of time, while permits must be renewd every 6 months. 
Also, as nudity is illegal, public nudity permit allows partial nudity without exposing private parts (genitalia) .

4. New penalties added to Penalty Code: Arsoning, Simple Asault, Aggravated Assault, Kidnapping and Kidnapping of public official

 
5. In future versions of the GTA HUD, Healing by doctors also reduces critical injured penalty as part of the healing process and not an independent action:

 

Doctors: up to 75% percent

Nurse or Head Nurse up to 50%

Intern/Paramedic up tp 25%

Unlienced Doctors/Freelance Doctors: up to 75% (future implementation)

 

IV Stands do not reduce critical injured penalty.

 

Critical injured penlaty is dirrectly proportional to healing done. Ex: you can not heal on IV stand to 100HP and then ask doctor to remove critical injured penlaty.


6. Weapon ammo will also be consumables, and ammo magazines will be provided in future releases. Until then ammo is unlimited.


7. Weapon damage will be altered depending on avatar state: moving, jumping, running, sitting, standing, etc. Each state follows a different algorythm
