Chaos Unfolds in Downtown GTA

A chaotic chain of events in downtown GTA left one man wounded, an officer grazed, and a fake attorney exposed in court — raising serious questions about law enforcement capacity and courtroom integrity.

The incident began with a violent confrontation between two men and two women that quickly spiraled out of control. Witnesses told The Gutter Gazette that Jaxon Vortex was forced to surrender to police as officers arrived on the scene, only to be shot three times moments later by a woman identified as Bobbi Jo, who allegedly opened fire from down the street.

Officer Coxx, who had been placing Vortex into custody, was grazed by a stray bullet during the shooting. Both were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

To verify the details of the case, The Gutter Gazette reached out to Police Commissioner Ivy, who confirmed the shooting and provided new insight into the department’s handling of the situation.

“We’re unsure,” said Commissioner Ivy when asked if Officer Coxx was the intended target. “Considering Jaxon, the person who was getting arrested by Officer Coxx, was shot three times and Officer Coxx made it out with just a scratch leads us to believe Officer Coxx was not the target. He, however, sustained damage.”

Bobbi Jo was arrested the following day and appeared in court, where an unexpected twist left officials stunned. A woman identified only as Scarlett appeared, claiming to represent Bobbi as her attorney — but she had no license to practice law in GTA.

Commissioner Ivy confirmed the incident:

“Indeed. During the meeting with the mayor, who had taken the role of judge, it became clear that the defendant’s lawyer had no license to practice law in GTA. She will be fined. It’s unclear whether we want to press charges for unauthorized practice of law.”

Despite the violent circumstances, Bobbi Jo’s official charges were relatively minimal.

“Mrs. Jo was only charged with one count of assault with a deadly weapon and brandishing a deadly weapon,” Ivy said. “Officer Coxx did not press charges against her — he believes firmly in second chances. The charges were enough to lock her up for good anyway.”

When asked whether the department believed the incident was tied to organized crime or gang activity, the Commissioner declined to comment directly.

“I will refrain from commenting whether the violence had any links or connections to established gangs on the territory of GTA,” Ivy stated. “You will hear more from us soon on that topic.”

Perhaps most concerning was Ivy’s response regarding officer safety and departmental readiness.

“No. Nothing can be done and our hands are tied,” she admitted. “We’re understaffed. That night Officer Coxx was patrolling alone because there were no other officers available to accompany him. Everyone is working on a case.”

The revelation underscores growing public concern over limited manpower and escalating violence in the city’s downtown district.

Meanwhile, Vortex, who survived the shooting, expressed an almost casual reaction to the ordeal, calling Bobbi’s ambush “pretty gangster” and describing the situation as “funny.” He also alleged that another known figure, Madam G, assaulted him while he was recovering in the hospital — a claim police have yet to verify.
