• Dear Citizens,

I would like to bring to your attention the following legal and organizational changes effective immediatelly.

1. Changes to PD structure and Legal institutes structure as per Art 4.1 and 4.3

• Commisioner is nominated by Mayor and is reponisble with the entire PD activity, either it’s Downtown PD or Sheriff’s Office and not just one department
• PD Captain to hold same role as before, responsible with PD Unit they are assigned at, but reports to Commisioner and not Mayor. PD Captain to be selected via promotions and not nomination from Mayor.
• DA Office to receive PD Activity reports and decide togheter with commisioner which cases go to trial. Build up the case and present the facts to judge
• Prosecutor to act as city lawyer, can be delgated by DA Office to build up a case and present the facts to Judge on behalf of GTA City

2. Following new roles, comes new promotinos/nominations as follows:

• 
  
• District Attorney nominated by GTA City Mayors: rayhanna01 and Johnny Luke
• Assistant DA’s: MonkeyDopamine мαттнєω ·мσηкєу· ѕαναgє 
• Prosecutor nominated by GTA City Mayor: Lynnx6 Rouge the bat, Marcux Viper Marcux Viper, Bleze Chattoway, Logan Osbourne, and Marie Whiskers

The ones above will be part of City Hall organization effective immediatelly

3. Legal changes to infrastructure and car policy

As per Art 11 of Book of Laws,

• all citizens are requested to remove their cars from Downtown if not used in the next 30 minutes
• all off duty PD personnel to remove their cars when their shift is over
• outside of workign shifts, due to reasons of emergency:
  • Fire Department can have permanently parked 1 firetruck and 1 ambulance inside FireStation or in the vicinity
  • Medical personal can have 1 Ambulance parked in the designated Parking Spot of Mercy Clinic.
