first of all, congratulations to all candidates who joined for the campaign race
In a couple of hours we close the vote and announce the winner
i hope everyone is excited for the future to come, i know for sure is gonna be different, and whoever wins will have my full support
This is the law in gutter trash alley and this is the cornerstone on which this city is build. Is your city, you run it
so again, thanks to everyone, good luck in the coming hours, and let’s see what happens

PD Changes

Second topic, in the book of laws i have included the concept of marshall and Sheriff’s office as a subrodinate institution to Downtown PD , the requirements under which it can exist and it’s purpose . These can be found in Art 4.1 of the Book fo Laws

2. City mayor changes

Mayor on the other hand, as per art 3.1 oversees the entire city, from civilians to business owners to activity of public institutes. Assigns/demotes the leadership of public institutes, but does not dirrectly interfere in interal affairs. If needed so, she/he will do via the leaders of those institutions

Mayor is the go-to person and the person who must take action on securing the overall well being of the city, without micromanaging. Mayor does not solve personal disputes, or pats your back if you’re offended by words. Mayor is a top level manager of all activities in the city.

There’s a suggestion box outside city hall where your voice is heard, your ideas are considered. So feel free to use that in order to pass information about what you think is good or bad in the city

Mayor to pass laws freely on organizaiton terms, but in situations in which the entire city is affected mayor must consult and toghter vote with city council the legal changes.

City council is free to act at any time if a passed law is harming the city and they consider the need for debate, clarification or voting

Mayor to align with City Council twice a month, and get the feel of the city. City Council to align with mayor as soon as need to share issues and alert on probelms that require urgency

3. City Council Changes

The City Council as per art 3.2 is composed of 2 members form Townhall, 2 members from PD, 2 members from FD, 2 members from MD, 2 civilians who are part of gangs (but that’s ooc info, so in city council they are not recognized as mafia men but as civilians) and if someone wishes, we have 2 more spots for random civilians who wish to apply for a seat on the city council , with a term of 3 months

The City Council as per book of laws, can pass on legal changes to be voted, can oversee the activity of mayor and request mayor dismissal, can react to mayor’s legal changes that affect the entire city and request a vote, can oversee all public insitutions and thorugh mayor coordinate on solving existing problems

4. New group tag

And lastly, the default Gutter Trash Alley group tag, will be changed to GTA Civilian

this is an RP group tag, you identify and act as a civilian in this city

act as per it

use other group tags if you don’t think of yourself in the civilian role or you’re not comfortable to immerse yourself in the city’s mechanics and RP

GTA Citizen group tag from RP point of view has the same siginification, it’s an RP group tag, but with the attributes that come with it: ability to vote, to participate in events, etc

This will be my last speech outside of that of personally congratulation the new mayor. I will stand by whoever wins, worst thing that can happen to us is not that the decision taken by the mayor are good or bad, but if the mayor has any actions and /or decisions

but something tells me this won’t be the case in this mandate

I thank you all for supporting me, 6 months is enough, i emptied the trash bin and opened the city hall windows, but the stains remain

Thank you Uncle, for your continuous effort, thank PD, FD, MD, all business owners and citizens who make this shit hole a fucking trash
