Mayor Dee Addresses Citizens at Gutter Trash Alley Plazza Amid Ongoing Storm

In a public speech at Gutter Trash Alley Plazza, Mayor Ms. Dee spoke to a crowd of citizens and local authorities about the ongoing, never-ending rainstorm that has plagued the city for several days. Addressing growing concerns, the Mayor assured residents that efforts are underway to manage the flooding, and she encouraged everyone to remain resilient during these challenging times.

Mayor Dee told about the city efforts:

“So it’s raining, city is flooded, we’re living difficult times, tough,
i don’t know how long the rain will hold, or when the streets will be cleared,
this is why please follow up with PD and MD and FD and keep in home, stay safe
there’s crocodiles and snakes on the streets, although harmless so far,
this could change at any moment, on the bright side, we’re fully prepared”

related to the authorities on charge she added:

“Dr Javier Corleone (javierrr.corleone) has taken the lead of Mercy Clinic and is preparing a task team to provide citizens with emergency healthcare
Captain Jᴀᴍɪᴇ Vᴀʟᴇɴᴛɪɴᴏ (jamie.azalea) has taken the lead of the GTA Fire Department and again working on a task team to make sure the city doesn’t succumb into more disasters
together with Cpt. Michael, Ltn Seph and entire PD force we will do our best to make sure we’re all ok”

Additionally, Mayor Dee discussed the upcoming 2025 election process, emphasizing the importance of community involvement and the need for unity as the city faces these unexpected hardships. During the event, she took questions from the *Gutter Gazette*, offering insights on her plans for disaster preparedness and recovery. about the elections process, she said:

“every Mayor mandate has a 6 month term, Mine started in November and beginning of April will terminate, this means new elections will be prepared
for everyone to understand, the mayor role is a very important role and is an RP role. The Mayor has the responsibility to coordinate with ALL public institutes: PD, FD, MD and all business owners in order to secure the functionality of the city,
it is a role for proactive people, for people who want to do and bring their own vision to our city, the elections will happen in 2 phases, first week, will be candidate registration,
and second week voting by people, for both to happen, both candidates and voters will have to be GTA Citizens”

“a good mayor can help us grow, a bad mayor can surely break us down,
you will be an important figure, your presence will be required,
my term will finish when a new mayor is elected,
we do this to respect the concept that Gutter Trash Alley is run by you,

Mayor Dee: probably after this week’s experience we will consider this with high importance, we’ve had Earthquakes in the past but never rain

Gutter Gazette: 2nd, don’t you fear GTA may lead to a kind of Police State as you delegate many civil matters to the Police Force here?

Mayor Dee: Order and Security are police matters.

the Fire Department has the resources to help with City’s flooding

and Clinic to provide healthcare to those affected

Mayor Dee: candidates registration will begin latest 31st March

Gutter Gazette: 4th question is to you and maybe to the FD Chief too, and is, the last FD Crew resulted in a bunch of revolutionaries eager to take control of the city, don’t you fear an open hiring might lead to the same?

Mayor Dee: never, the city will go on, no matter the impediments, as long as you are here, we’re fully functioning
