| Group Chat Usage | Group Chat may only be used OOC to advertise RP (e.g. "Looking for RP") or for 911 calls. It is not a general chat channel. | Warning |
| Combat — No TP | Teleporting away during active combat, or using teleportation to call in backup, is not allowed. This includes logging off to avoid consequences. | 24h Critical Injured |
| TP Inside Locked Areas | Bypassing locked doors via teleportation is classified as OOC harassment and godmoting. | Warning / Temp Ban |
| Non-Approved Scripts | Use of shields, blockers, or tank spawning during active RP is not permitted. Only approved scripted items may be used. | Warning / HUD Blacklist |
| Security Orbs | Activating a security orb in a private home during active RP is not allowed. The orb will be removed and the activating player receives a Critical Injured penalty. | 24h Critical Injured + Orb Removal |
| Drug Dispensers | Selling heavy drugs via ATM (out-of-RP dispensers) is prohibited. Drug dealing must be handled in-character. | ATM Removal + Arrest Warrant |
| Hospital Safe Zone | The hospital protects those already inside. It cannot be used as a refuge by someone fleeing active combat — you must resolve the scene first. | Warning / 24h Critical Injured |
| Combat Notification | All aggressive actions against multiple citizens, RP groups, or assassination attempts (with or without C4) must be pre-announced in Group Chat using generic language, e.g. "RP NOTICE: Mass murder on the loose." | Warning / Temp Ban |
| RP Before Shooting | Spontaneous one-on-one conflicts require an emoted intention with a minimum 10-second reaction time before any hostile action is taken. | Warning / 24h Critical Injured |
| PD Access | Police department areas are full RP zones. Officers must be engaged through proper RP; circumventing PD RP is not permitted. | Warning / Temp Ban |
| RP Doors | Business doors must remain lock-pickable in RP. Barricades must be destroyable. "Godmode level" doors that cannot be bypassed through RP are not allowed. | Door Removal + Warning |
| IMs are OOC | Instant Messages are always considered Out of Character. Do not send RP emotes via IM. Local chat is RP unless marked with double brackets (( )). | Warning |
